I bought my dress from Victoria Robson back in January 2020, unfortunately our wedding got postponed x3 times due to Covid. However we finally got to tie the knot on 2nd April 2022! I could not speak highly enough of Victoria and her team! They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I was absolutely in love with my beautiful wedding dress, which had bespoke alternations done by Victoria and her team. From my first wedding dress shopping experience, to trying my dress on multiple times - having not seen it throughout the pandemic and then final fitting - each trip to see Victoria was perfect. Everyone at Victoria Robson is so kind and nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for the bride. I have given multiple friends contact details for Victoria Robson for their own weddings - I can’t recommend them highly enough! Amazing!! She really goes the extra mile, and so lovely to talk to. A lot of Bridal shops are fantastic, but Victoria really is a cut above the rest! So talented. Visited a few weeks ago with my sister and family to look for my sister a wedding dress. This was the fourth bridal shop we had been to looking for dresses and my sister was very unsure of the style she wanted and felt she hadn’t found anything that really suited her yet. Ebony was amazing. She was incredibly sweet and patient and made my sister feel so comfortable. We ended up leaving having found the perfect dress. Could not recommend Ebony’s service more she was absolutely amazing. And to top it all off you get a little goodie bag and a Polaroid when you leave if you find your dress!
I bought my 2nd wedding dress from Victoria after Covid delayed our wedding for 2 years and I fell out of love with my first dress. I'm so happy that I did because I ended up with my absolute dream dress. Victoria couldn't do enough to support me and put absolutely zero pressure on me to purchase anything from her. She even stored my original dress for me for over a year despite it being bought from elsewhere. Victoria is kind, attentive and not at all pushy - and has absolutely no negative vibes whatsoever. If you are looking for a wedding dress you MUST try her shop, because if she has the dress of your dreams you will NOT regret purchasing from her. The best customer service experience I had throughout my wedding planning, bar none. Thank you Victoria x
Cannot recommend this bridal store enough. I had a ridiculous deadline to get a veil and beyond my expectations they produced a bespoke embroidered veil at an amazing price. I was able to get it sent off in time to reach my daughter in Australia having only 2 weeks to get it there.
You couldn't have a better dress shopping experience than at Victoria's. Victoria and her staff are so welcoming, friendly and really create that sense of occasion and excitement. I was spoilt for choice when picking my dress - there were 3 that were hot contenders! You get your own private dressing room here, which your mum/girlfriends can relax in whilst you try on all the fabulous dresses. The fittings process has also been a dream. I couldn't recommend this place enough!!
Had the best experience wedding dress shopping here today. Victoria is fantastic! Passionate and professional she helped me find my dream dress for a wedding abroad. Couldn't recommend the shop enough, so many amazing dresses to chose from and none of them in the horrible bags so you can see the details in each gown. Lovely lady who goes above and beyond with a lovely shop! Would advise anybody looking for that real shopping experience to book in here! Will be a day me and my family never forget.
Where do I even start with how amazing Victoria and her team are?? Not only does she have the most beautiful selection of dresses, but she goes above and beyond to make the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding and an absolutely stunning custom veil to match. I could not recommend her and the boutique more. Thanks so much again! xxx
Having been to many bridal shops north/south/all over ... I was waiting for that "yes" moment. We walked into Victoria's shop and I immediately loved the down to earth manner Victoria had with me - none of the "you can only try on 3" just have a look and try on! I took a liking to a couple but had seen one other in another shop but wasnt allowed to take a photo so I couldnt remember what it looked like on me realistically I wanted to take photos so on the wedding day I knew what my photos were going to look like as photos can be a very different picture to the mirror sometimes! - Victoria found out what this was and got it for me to try on again. I went back to the shop with Mum & Dad ready to try on this one .. however, there was another couple I had "liked" which I tried on first - turned out the first one I tried on not the one Victoria had got especially - sorry! was the dress that when I left the shop my mind kept skipping back to! I then went back another time just before Christmas and ended up staying at the shop until well past closing time but Victoria never said a word and just kept her lovely bubbly self engaged in what I wanted and made sure I was super happy and was about to make the right dress choice! I ordered it in a different colour to the sample and with several "differences" and I was a little nervous but very excited when it arrived earlier than In ever expected! I went to try it on and OH MY GOD ... it was INCREDIBLE! I took my dress away and I did get it altered at a different location closer to home so I cannot comment on the fitting service but I cannot thank Victoria enough for the lengths she went to to find me the perfect dress and her thoughts, kindness, staying open much later than anyone would ever dream of, happiness, bubbliness, confidence and professionalism was just outstanding. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU you were amazing and I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day and I still look at my dress and go all gooey!
Victoria made me feel very at ease, the wedding dresses she stocks are absolutely stunning and stands her out from other bridal shops in the region, her customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend her to other brides to be who are looking for the perfect dress with first class service.
