We went to this bar for a couple of drinks and a few starters one night, and after about 20 minutes of looking at the menu we went up to order only to be told that they wasn't serving food that day? And the wait time for drinks was a bit longer than I've experienced at other bars!

Decor generally good but shabby in places. Bit of a wait at the bar. Clean pints, standard central London prices just over £5. Good range of pints on tap and spirits behind. Decent pub food menu reasonably priced. Great location, can't complain.
The place was nice. I had a burger with bbq sauce and really enjoyed it. The only reason for 3 stars is the disinfectant. It was terrible. They should immediately change their supplier. I had a terrible feeling, as if I'd just used glue to clean my hands.
Good for a quick drink and chat. I prefer the upstairs.
Not bad classic British food. It was quiet when I was there. But I imagine it gets really busy. In General, I will place for a food and pint. I really like mash and sausages with over fried onions. They kind of add a bit of character to the mash.
Very friendly staff, great choice of craft beers.
