Great place to bring young kids, good soft play indoors (£3 / child for 2hrs supervised) and outside climbing frame (Free unsupervised). Food of good quality and variety. Staff are friendly and provide great service.

Had a nice meal here in January so decided to return but will not be back again. After waiting 20 minutes for main course, asked if the food would be much longer and it appeared within seconds. The chips on my plate were barely warm so the waitress took them back to the kitchen. She quickly brought them back but they were soaked in grease - presumably they had been dipped back into the deep fat frier but not drained properly. They were now hot but inedible.

Went for breakfast, breakfast bar all you can eat. They were out of foods on the bar, slow to refill. Was already done eating by the time more eggs were brought out. Minimal variety, not impressed with the flavor. It was clean and staff seemed somewhat friendly

Waiting with 3 kids 45 mins on the main meals coming. 1 egg was barely cooked and returned, food was edible but only just. waited for kids ice cream and had to ask when it was coming to be told they had lost the ticket. waited another 10 mins for ice cream. which came looking nothing like they expected. Only giving an extra star as the kids enjoyed the play area but we will not be back.
