Exquisite environment I must say. I enjoyed every minute spent there. If you are by any chance a resident of Dundee, just try as much as possible to visit the place for your physical and mental fitness. After my exercise, I had no choice but to taste their pizza too, which was superb. I can't wait to go back there coming week with my swimming trunk.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gyms equipment fairly well kept. The app is also very helpful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the loads of issues with the WiFi, which "they're aware and working on it."
The service within this Gym is appalling. If you have any query or problem. Good luck in speaking with someone. Would definately not reccommend. Over priced.
We did an event here for a 40th birthday and the staff were lovely... On picking the equipment back up we ordered 2 bacon rolls and 2 coffees... OMG the rolls were just phenomenal seriously just amazing... Best roll I've ever eaten.. And the egg on top cooked to perfection... The coffees were bloody good too.... Would I recommend.. Yes.....
The club itself is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly but been having lots of problems with the David Lloyds App table. I have lost out on so many rewards for drinks as it never works when I'm in there. It keeps on saying there's an error. Always have to go up to the counter to order coffee. It's so annoying. Please fix the problem. I have now deleted the App from my mobile.
Terrible customer service. My wife stopped her gym membership due to a back injury which she got at the gym. Called up to do this and they said this was fine due to being medical reasons. She then went to rejoin now that her back is better and paid £120 to do this. On entering the gym she was stopped to say that she was in arrears because she cancelled her membership plus £75 admin fee and that there’s nothing they can do and that she’s not allowed to use the gym anymore and can’t get her £120 back that she paid last week!! Terrible service all round! Asking for proof of what got said in a phone call which obviously can’t be done.
What's not to like about here? I'm a keen swimmer and enjoyed the use of the outdoor and indoor pools. Also enjoyed use of the steam room. Can't fault the facilities or helpful staff. Arlene on reception was fantastically helpful and friendly. Thank you..
No value for money at this club. It seems to be over subscribed for facilities available. Struggle to book a court, class or even park your car in the car park.
We've been members now for about 17 months. Excellent facilities & the group classes are epic. The staff are friendly & extremely helpful. Our kids love their classes & the kids club staff.
Just started playing tennis with my daughter and we love it. Great form of exercise whilst having fun. The pool was quiet which was fab and the changing rooms not too hot. Very enjoyable day. Would like to know more about groups for beginners?
