Service was shockingly bad. We were originally a group of 40 people and reserved a table to accommodate us however not everyone could make it to the restaurant, after informing them in advance that our booking was to be amended for only 25 people they could not even manage that so God knows what would have happened if our party was complete. Chefs counter was empty (supposed to be all you can eat buffet) after complaining about the lack of food available some people got a refund and ordered from the main menu, as it was taking to long to re stock it. I'm talking 15 hungry adults not to mention other customers already in the restaurant and 3 or 4 burgers and a few hot dogs available every 10 minutes. Buns were frozen!! Literally solid and ice cold. Attitude chef was absolutely unbelievable, his exact words "Howay I'm being hammered with requests here it's not my problem there's nowt left". What sort of reply is that to a lady asking if more food was going to be coming out for the buffet. If the buffet was stocked like it was supposed to be there wouldn't have been any complaints because the food was OK just not enough of it. From there on it was problem after problem.

Brilliant staff very accommodating friendly kids soft play is lovely and the staff in there are fantastic!! Food is nice always hot when served... just wish they'd bring back the nachos 😊

The food is ok. For the price. But the staff are surley bordering on rude. For a start you haven't even sat down before they ask you what you want to choose from the menu card. Back off. Give people time! And then pleases and thank you and a smile wouldn't go amiss. This is in contrast to Cinder Path South Shields where people are welcomed like they are old friends.

Nice enough food but next to no selection on the menu. Was feeling like keeping it simple with a burger but all of them had strange elements to them one even had marmite on it. The restaurant its self can't fault if you are looking for a family place. Has a play area for kids and don't feel frowned upon if your little one has a tantrum.
