Nice little pub on the high street that was not crowded for Sunday lunch. Very good gravy, lots of veg but only one Yorkie for the roast beef. Staff are friendly and conscientious about social distancing. The garden is small but lovely with a great selection of summer flowers creating a lovely atmosphere.
Great food, really nice interior and impressively covid conscious. Would certainly recommend and swing by again if I'm again in the area

Very accommodating with friendly staff. The pub was very busy but remained happy to accommodate our large group for the afternoon. Great food too. I had the Cajun Vegetable Burger. Had a strong kick from the jalapeños wishing but was still very tasty with fantastic chips on the size. Well priced as well.
Always made to feel welcome, and exemplary covid safety measures in place. Still the best steak pie!
Tipicle English made, whith plenty gravy souce
this place is just lovely, it has a bubbly bunch of locals, even on Monday night , it has a loyal following. The bar staff are all really nice...my mum told me they sent her phone she left it_ back to Lincoln for free !! The food is really good value. I just think it's brilliant.
Yep, like this pub. Was in here many yrs ago & again today. Good homemade grub & decent beers. On tap IPA 'Arise' was very nice & cold. Also has a 'proper pub' feel. I've a feeling we will be back!
