Pretty good service overall. A few things I noticed after some repair work and service. The oil was pretty black even though it had been "changed" so ended up changing it again as I wasn't convinced it had been. Plug from the alternator wasn't plugged back in firmly so ended up popping out with engine vibration. Hose clips for the intercooler weren't very good and that ended up with oil vapor collection and leaking. Ended up purchasing better quality clips and fitting them myself. Can't fault the welcome and communication from the garage but feels like some corners are being cut. I would use again but would check certain things before taking it in so I could prove if work has been done or not.
Had my mini serviced and repaired here today. Absolutely first class. The car developed an electrical issue, but the guys responded and I got my car back fault free. The staff here are not only super friendly and helpful, they are also extremely fair and honest. If you are looking for a reliable, fair and most importantly honest garage then these guys are it. Would definitely recommend. You will be in good hands.
In my experience after visiting several times over the years, this garage is always friendly, helpful and reliable. They managed to squeeze us in at short notice when we had an issue. All sorted at a reasonable price and would definitely recommend.

What a brilliant garage! I was on a long drive and needed some assistance as my low tyre pressure light came up. The guys at Brake Station jumped to my rescue, such great service! Would be my choice of garage if I was local.Service: Tires
One of our vans went in for full service, gearbox service, and timing belt kit including auxiliary belt replacement. Timing and auxiliary belts have been marked up by us before service to be able to confirm if new belts have been fitted. Collected the van as planned, been asked to pay £50 more than originally quoted which is not an issue as they quoted 30 days ago. After a busy holiday period finally got to inspect their work to find, that the original marks on the belts marked before service were still there and the belts had not been replaced by the garage. Went back to see them and asked for a printout of the materials ordered for this job. They are unable to issue paperwork as they haven’t got access to the materials list order which was completed 3 weeks ago. They claimed that all work had been done as per the quoted list. After speaking to the person in reception and informing him that belts had been marked by us before service and we can prove now, that they have not been replaced, a member of staff was able to retrieve paperwork for the materials order for this job. An auxiliary belt wasn’t part of the order documents and they offered to install one at no extra cost but still claimed that the timing belt and water pump had defiantly been done, even refusing the fact the original marks on the old belts are still there. One thing is for sure, we won’t be using them again for our vans/cars servicing or MOTs
The way that small independent garages should be. Really nice experience. Booked me in very quickly. The team were very transparent about what was needed to complete the MOT. Gave me options to reduce the cost of repairs and communicated well throughout. Top Marks from me
Morning appointment booked discs pads dropped car 10am called 1230 told not even started yet not even ready by 2 then said 2 technician absent but never thought to let me know when arrived not getting done even tho know I am waiting in McDonald's next door as if I am going sit there all-day. Total waste of time terrible service good luck to anyone using this place. Definitely would not trust them doing anything else.Service: Brakes
