Had a slight meeting with a deer which to the best of knowledge survived. Fortunately the majority but not all of the damage to my vehicle was cosmetic and luckily was still diveable.  After parts were ordered and booked in for repairs, they did a great job keeping me updated through the progress.  The repair was beautiful, the car looks like new. Extremely happy dealing with Assured.

Was unfortunately involved in two accidents over two months. My insurance company recommended Assured, so that's where I took my car for repairs. The amount of issues with the repairs and paint job made me very annoyed with Assured. There was primer overspray on my hood and windshield apparentlythey prime outside. Tape lines, items not repaired that were part of the accident, flaws and blemishes in the paint job, and incorrectly installed rubber doorseams. My car needed to go back in for an additional 3 days for the job to be completed again. Then they called me at the end of the day Friday to tell me my vehicle is ready for pick up and that they are closed in 5 minutes and reopen on Monday morning. Make sure you go over the itemized bill they give you and your insurance company as things are charged that aren't completed. There were several dents in my RT rear quarter panel caused by the accident that were not repaired the first time my vehicle went into the shop. When I pointed this out, I was told they didn't think that was part of the accident and that insurance may decide not to cover it. Assured decided to do that repair for "free" since the entire passenger side needed to be retouched and repainted again anyway. Well, wouldn't you know on my itemized bill of repair it states that they repaired and refinished the RT rear QT panel . I do not recommend this company, and I definitely will not give them future business.

After having a chance meeting with a moose with my Ram, who coincidentally strolled off into the woods. Assured came through like Champs. Truck looks great and they couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. They kept me up to date on the entire process and finished ahead of schedule. Edit. Spoke with Brian today as he followed up on my experience with Assured and that everything was still good. This extra level of customer care and service makes me wish I could select higher than the 5 stars alloted. Great job and would definitely recommend

Was rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. As a pensioner, what could have been a nightmare for me getting my car repaired was made easier than I dared hope for with Assured Automotive, my insurer Belair Direct and Enterprise Rent-a-Car all working together while my car was being fixed - and all keeping me informed and in the loop all the way through. Assured Automotive delivered my car to my front door as an added bonus.

I would give a no star but since you can't write a review without giving at least one, I guess I have to put one on there. If you want to go to a shop that's not going to have good customer service or speak to you professionally and one that yells at you through the office, instead of speaking to you face to face then you can go to this shop. But if you want a shop that actually has good customer service with a manager and owner who will actually speak to the client even through an insurance claim, I would not suggest going here. I will never be returning and I will never send any people to this shop. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that cares about people and their vehicles. Instead of causing further damage to your vehicle and then not repairing it properly.  Even the man at the reception desk didn't want to talk to the owner because he knew that he was going to get yelled at for asking questions. I'm not one to name any names, but I won't have a problem letting anybody know if they want to send me a message who I'm talking about. Chances are if you've ever been to this shop, you already know who I'm talking about and I'm also pretty sure that some of the staff share the same opinion of myself. It's a shame that when people need to come to somebody for help they end up walking away because they have no other choice all while feeling disrespected and belittled.

I brought my car in December 18th, and I had it assessed, parts ordered, and car completely finished by January 2nd. They worked extremely fast and efficiently especially considering the multiple holidays throughout that short span of time. Ron was incredible from the very start to the finish. He was on top of it from day one. I will recommend this place for sure, and if I ever run into any car problems like that again I will definitely be back. Thanks a lot Ron!!!

My vehicle was parked in a parking lot and was rammed into at night when I was in bed. The driver took off. As you can imagine it was a nightmare. Assured made this experience so much easier to deal with. A Super job done on my vehicle repair.

Ron and his team at Assured go above and beyond. They booked me in quickly, and replaced my bumper beautifully. Not only that, but they also washed my car, detailed the front interior, and my removed the embarrassing collection of drive-thru debris in the back seat!

Had a great experience with assured ,they treated me with respect they made sure my car was done on time ,the gentleman Ron was super helpful and my van looks better now then before the deer hit me ,Highly recommend Assured automotive for repairs

Huge thanks to Rhiannon and all Assured Automotive staff for their excellent customer service and getting my car repaired in less than a week! I was frustrated and stressed out after my car was hit. When I went for the damage assessment, Rhiannon was very positive and understanding. She helped me through the entire process, from insurance to arranging a rental car, and she went above and beyond to ensure my car is fixed as soon as possible. Overall, it was a seamless experience.
