After charging £138 plus vat to clean headlights my car came back to me covered in splashing and smears. I have since found that I could have had new headlights bought and fitted for less. Could never recommend them.

After a first good experience i found them trusted. Second time, service and mot quoted £186 on the phone when work was done was £280! No info on service, no airfilter change. No car health check info that was included. £100 over charge and all they could do is say sorry and thats that. No info on paper of anything but oil and sump plug. Very disappointed. Not really sure what i paid for. All i get is sorry and no looking into anything to solve what i asked.

Took the car for an MOT and they got the wrong mileage on the certificate. Have no idea how to resolve and don't care either.

Seemingly mixed review for Monarch - my experience was extremely positive. Had a wheel alignment done for a very reasonable price, unfortunately it wasn't quite right the first time but after calling them and explaining they were very helpful, and booked me in for a time that was convenient for me, correcting the problem free of charge. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly (even made me a cuppa while I waited). I've also had tyres fitted here through blackcircles and again, service has been fantastic. I don't want my car to break down but if it does, i'll be bringing it here.
