I WAS a regular customer but after a problem with my order I shall no longer be ordering from here again especially after ringing, speaking to the manager and being argued with over the phone! Not only was he rude, he tried to talk over me, would NOT listen when I tried to explain my issue and was generally extremely rude! Very poor customer service and part of my meal arrived burnt, too!

Lost its way. Portions reduced in size and too many mistakes are forcing me to go elsewhere for a local chippy. Past its best.

I regularly have a delivery and it is always lovely. Food is hot, delivery sometimes takes the full 40 minutes that they advise. Good value for money.
