Ordered 6.30 from friends home. Had young children with me. Order estimate delivery 7.35. Order still not arrived 7.50 so I rang I was told food on it's way. 8.10 I rang got told food just left. 8.20 rang got told driver will be with me soon. I explained I had young children I needed to get home for bed. if the order wasn't with me at 8.30 I don't want it. 8.30 still no food rang to say I don't want food. 8.50 food arrived at my friends house and my friend had to turn the driver away. 2.5hrs for a takeaway and being told it's on its way, really bad service!

I have uses this place for years but the last 2 times we have ordered it has been 2 hours for delivery, on making phone calls to enquire where the food was, was told it's just left then after 30 mins rang again to be told it had just left!, and the food has arrived rather cold and popadoms soggy. Such a shame as had some great food from here but I'm not going again.

Just the pasta missing. . . Been using this place for years. Very poor food tonight. We Had a: Chana Paneer Masala Vegetarian. (Contains dairy products) Chick peas and cheese cooked with garlic and maliks special masala sauce. Medium hot and deliciously spicy and nutty. This was tomato sauce with chick peas and a topping of "cheddar cheese" . .no pasta which may have made the dish more appealing. And we had: Vegetable Jalferezi Vegetarian, Hot. A spicy, fiery and gutsy dish of our deluxe mix of vegetables cooked in a tomato and onion based gravy with fresh green chillies and coriander. This was very bland and had al dente vegetables. The vegetables were not deluxe and the dish was not fiery. Again, possibly would be best with pasta. Corriander? Green chillies? Yep, not with pasta sauce. So thats all good then. So very,very sad. Has it been taken over or has the chef run off? The delivery time was a shambles and more than twice the time advertised on the website. The website was CLOSED shortly after my order! Hence I could not find out where my order was. So after 90 minutes waiting, I rang to ask where the food was. I was told the food was being made then! Another 30 minutes passed and I rang again. Was told it will be with me in ten minutes. Another 15 minutes passed, rang again and was told they would contact the driver and ring me back. Still waiting for the phone call back! The food did come eventually and it was terrible as mentioned above. Both dishes were more typical of an italian restaurant and would have best been eaten with pasta and garlic bread. Why do people let such poor quality of food out. What do they think will happen? People need to be warned so as not to get ripped off. That is why I am posting on here. So sad, since I have had good food from here before. But now I feel I would be wasting my money using it again.

Nice enough curry & sides but not a lot of taste to it. Ordered a chicken vindaloo but what came was more of a Korma... no heat. Sides were nice though just disappointed with curry... scrap that just got half way through curry to find pink undercooked chicken. Just glad I saw it before i ate it.. very disappointed now. Day 2 of it I emailed restaurant n I've had nothing back!
