I recently visited KFC and ordered 4 Mini Fillets for my daughter and 1 Original Wrap for myself — everything was absolutely perfect! The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavour, and the wrap was delicious. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and the staff were really friendly and helpful — I truly appreciate their great attitude and attention to detail. My daughter loved her meal too! Overall, an excellent experience — thank you to the KFC team for making it so enjoyable.
Plased orde to deliver to hospital ward were l work l order 2 pease of chicken cost £5 got ript off the 2 smallest peases l have ever seen. Never again total bill £28.26 what a joke.

Over £35 for a delivery that turned with with alot of items missing cold with a piece bitten out of the piece of chicken that was delivered. How do think it's exceptional to just put cold fries in and not a full order. Don't managers do a quality control over the person packing the order,to make sure items are there and food isn't cold. Apologies don't cut it personally the person who is responsible along with the management should be responsible for the refund out of their wages.they will soon get it right. End of the day stop needing with people's food and money they work hard for. Just because you don't like your job and most probably steal the item people have paid for. Then the job isn't for you good job I don't order regular for being treated like that. No customer service when you call good job I don't come up there and make the person responsible pay the refund along with the management. At least other places rectify their mistakes
