Absolutely shocking! First of all I rang the company to ask about the delivery time as it said it would be an hour and 20 minutes. The lady on the phone agreed that the meal would be sent out within the hour. After 45 minutes I got a text to say my meal is on its way, but it wasn't here by 20:00 so I rang them up. I was told it would be 5 minutes as it's been sent out before. At 20:15 I rang again and they say it is round the corner. My meal finally arrives at 20:35 and it is stone cold because it must have been out for at least 35 minutes. I asked them to collect it and for a full refund but they declined to give me one. I will never order from there. And, if you're reading this I would advise you not to also.

phoned me and said they couldn’t deliver to me due to the driver being out 20 minutes after I ordered, realised I wasn’t too pleased so called back saying they could deliver. Tried to order again and they’ve just outright declined my order, no explanation or contact, just a message from justeat saying they’ve declined it. Pathetic.

I placed an order after wait a 1 hr they cancelled the order then thay said their not del as can't phone me i never had this problem with and other take way

Dont bother with this place - food is minging. No chicken in the chicken balls just old crispy batter, not one prawn in the crispy won ton just hard crispy pastry. When called to complain the lady on phone said we could take the food back for a refund! As if! We had eaten what was 'edible'. Seriously not good!

Definitely wasn't a happy meal. Had to wait 2 hours for delivery and when it came it was cold. There were things missing from our order and when we called to complain the staff were rude, for a refund we were asked to return all of the food. Don't know why they want it back it was awful.
