They don't have A&E. I went there totally dehydrated 2 months ago and they didn't have anything to help me. They wanted to send pills so i can get them at the pharmacy. My body cramped completly, couldn't talk, walk or move anything but my eyes, and they didn't even wanted to call an ambulance because the Doctor thought probably they were busy. No taxi wanted to take us to an A&E and it was the guard who had to ask the Doctor to call the ambulance. Without him i don't know what would happen to me. I was with my 2 year old daughter terrified seeing everything that was happeningnto me in the reception of the building, and my husband who was askng for help. Don't go there, is not only the lack of A&E is the lack of humanity what is worst.
Let me begin by saying my experience today at Bracknell Healthspace beats the private hospitals I attended before. To start with, when I arrived at reception the lady was busy typing an email and she literally let me waited for 30seconds - she then smiled and apologies for keeping me waiting! How kind was that! I was early for my ultrasound appointment but I was seen almost as soon as I arrived 2 mins wait and the sonographer lady was so polite and pleasant to speak with. Want to give a big thumb up to RBH management for making this amazing experience possible under NHS. Thank you for reading. Namo Amituofo
An excellent facility for patients in need for Radio Therapy, chemotherapy and various associated ailments. The facilities are of top quality and so are the staffs who are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Arrived at 8.35am for a 8.50am blood test. Plenty of parking - arrived at the Blood Tests department at 8.40am. Seen by a very nice nurse after waiting for just two minutes. She was gentle and efficient - I didn’t feel a thing. I left at 8.45am. Excellent service.
I was so impressed with the waiting times. The staff was amazing. Such friendly people. Especially the receptionist who was on this evening , Radiographer was very lovely and helpful and cheery. The practioner nurse who saw me too was brilliant. Thanks for looking after me. Went home with a sprained ankle. Very swollen . But nothing broken
