AVOID THIS BP FOR JET CAR WASH!!!! Recently filled up my car with petrol and decided to jet wash it. After queuing for more than 20 minutes very busy place, it was finally my turn. After a wash and a dry, went away. To my surprise a few days later, I received a fine of £100 fine, REALLY!!! How the hell are you supposed to fill up, queue to wash the car within 30 minutes, who makes theses rules, clearly someone without common sense. DON'T CHALLENGE as it will be rejected and DON'T call BP customers service as they are absolutely useless, you will get nowhere. Why have a jet wash if you cannot be there more than 30 minutes.
Avoid this place! My partner received a fine from Euro Car Parks when he went there to wash his car! BP Customer Care were totally useless, they referred me to Motor Fuel Group and when I contacted them, they told me they couldn’t help and to contact euro car parks. We will NEVER use this garage again and will be telling all our friends, family and clients to avoid it too. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable customer care.
For those of you all moaning about being fined for spending to much time here either cleaning your car or waiting to, STOP!!! If you are here more than 30 minutes, you need to register your car numberplate instore - pretty much like most pub carparks these days. This is for YOUR own protection and to stop people from using the station as a car park. There is plenty of signage up around the station advising people of this, so instead of moaning, how about paying a bit more attention to what you are doing instead!! its not rocket science guys!! Well done BP, a great car wash site too.
They're new vacuums totally don't worth using them. Suction power is low, i mean very low Update: the 30 min policy is not enough if you want to wash your car, hoover it and top up your tank with fuel . I had to go out after 30 min policy and put fuel from another garage otherwise i would have get a Penalty Charge. This is just soo ridiculous
Imagine going to get your car washed and filling petrol and then getting fined £60 for having to queue to have your car washed. Please note once in the queue you can't just decide to leave the queue so you are stuck regardless on whether you want to queue for nearly an hour! I even appealed the fine and they rejected it!!! I advise you not to get you car washed here unless you want you to spend a ridiculous amount getting your car washed for a terrible experience. Is this even legal to fine you for queuing? FYI BP weren't helpful... you just get this response from them: This particular bp store is not owned or operated by bp but by Motor Fuel Ltd. which are an independent retailer. Although we are not responsible for the running of this station, we would still expect our customers to receive the same high standards of customer service that customers expect from bp owned stations. It is disappointing to learn that this hasn’t been your experience during this visit. Given the nature of your complaint we passed the details on to Motor Fuel Ltd. and asked them to contact you directly regarding the situation.
The car wash was not working but still my card was accepted. As the person on the till and extremely unhelpful.. al he know to say was NO, CALL THE MANAGER, I DON'T KNOW. Make it short I paid for nothing... They are bandits. Shanesse your reply is uselesss crook
I usually use this petrol station for jet wash but today when I wanted to use the number one machine ,I paid but the machine not working and when I asked the supervisor and reception to help me they rudely answered me and said that it’s not our duty. I’m very sorry . Embarrassing
It is fine and convenient. The automatic car wash can be better.
Went to get my car washed today, few problems which need to be cleared up. Firstly all over the petrol station it says 30 min max stay until you get to the pay station for the car wash which states if you need more time go to the cashier and give them you details would be better if that was visible before you get to the car wash instead of having to leave multiple time like I did until I saw the sign.I paid for the bronze clean for my car which states that it will wash and dry my car. Well that’s a lie it only cleaned my car my partner went and got the cashier and instead of him being helpful he had ago at me instead and was very rude. I am now having to dry the car my self I will not be coming back here again.
The night guy is an idiot... Gave me the wrong cable to use... I return it and then he says he can't process a refund nor give any items worth the amount for it. What a bellend for a worker.
