Isles are always messy but usually have what you need
Although they have a Tesco express right opposite an Aldi they have a full range of food and home use items that can be found in the big shops. The Esso has good prices for the range of fuels and is well patronised.
Asian man behind the counter was polite and friendly with every customer before me saying hello, please, thank you, good bye but then when it was my turn to pay didn’t say anything and actually started shouting over to his colleague on the other side of the shop, I wonder why his attitude changed when it came to me??? I paid for my stuff like everyone else didn’t say anything rude or do anything yet get treated differently, I don’t wanna play that card but we all know why this is
People park by the petrol pumps while they do there shopping, to long a wait
Polite friendly staff even though it was very busy. Good selection of basics for when you can't be bothered with the bigger stores.
The usual Esso/Tesco petrol station offering exactly what you'd expect. At peak times the forecourt is often crowded with vehicles at the pumps. If they're parked less than perfectly adjacent to the pump then the whole forecourt comes to a standstill and you're left queuing on the road to get in. Leaving can be the similar. Parking for the shop is just about adequate with the exception of mid to late afternoons on weekdays when the local mums use the parking while they're in the nearby cafe, before and after school pick up time.
I'm only commenting because I bought walkers crisps x6 for 49p. So I was very happy
Another amazing selection of goods in a relatively small space. One of those places that always seems to be open when you run out of something.
