Had a long day at work and was served by Shabeeth who was so helpful and so kind. Such a fantastic asset to the team. Very quickly has become my favourite place to fill up.
We pulled in a few days ago because we had an unexpected automated tyre pressure alert. Carol was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, and nothing was too much trouble. So thank you very much for getting us safely on our way!
Always use BP Rivehall on route back to the depot. whether it’s calm or chaotic, you’re always made to feel valued by the staff there. Shabeeth never fails to lighten the mood. Excellent customer service skills.
Travelling home today and stopped at bp Rivenhall South Service Station London A12 and received the most brilliant service. 2 lovely employees Shabeeth and another lady didn’t quite catch her name and they couldn’t have made mine and my partners day more. Thank you!
