Pointless branch inside is a wall of ATMs like the ones outside with a couple of ladies with ipads Want more than the ATM limit and they will direct you to another branch. new bank. Want a new bank product they can book you in in a couple of weeks time.. what a waste of space .
Have been waiting for this branch to re-open - 4th July has come and gone -WHEN WILL IT RE-OPEN. This branch is really convenient for the elderly population that can't get to the nearest branches which are both over 15 miles away. If it is going to close permanently have the decency to tell us!!! and an answer would be nice!
Made to wait 10 minutes outside in the freezing cold along with elderly customers. No apologies or mention of why they opened late. Not good enough.
Going 2 change bank
