I visited your store yesterday on 3rd November 2025 around 3pm. I did my shopping and then went to collect a few parcels I had ordered. The lady who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed unable to sort my parcels properly. I asked her If it would be possible not to collect one of the parcels and receive a refund instead. She found my order herself by my surname I hadn't given her the barcode of this specific parcel but then told me that this was not possible and that I had to request the refund myself, otherwise I would not get my money back. That's simply not true, because the last time I visited the same store, one of my parcels were missing and I received a refund email automatically a couple of days later. At some point, she even said I've got not more patience right in front of me and called another employee to deal with me. I felt really uncomfortable and disrespected. I have worked in customer service for many years and would never treat a customer this way. The staff member had red hair tied up and a piercing above her lip. In the end, they still couldn't find one of my parcels. Needless, to say, I will not be visiting this store again.

Came into store today Sunday, about half past ten. Found lots of empty shelves, and I couldn't get half of the items I needed. There was also a horrible smell of sick. Won't ever shop there again. Very poor.
Would only really go there if you need enough stuff to warrant a trolley, they never have enough baskets for the number of customers.
