Shirley branch manager and Emmai cannot praise enough how helpful and friendly they have been. My ex husband died a couple of weeks ago and the help and support they have given me amazing, but before then nothing has ever been too much trouble. Always greater with smile and feel they are friends. X All staff have been helpful.
I went into the witham branch today where there was a incident. The manager dealt with it quickly and offered to make me a drink, Emma then offered to take me home. So I got home safely. I have always had fantastic customer service in this branch and the staff go above and beyond.
Shirley has been very helpful with assisting me with items that I needed to set up with nationwide bs and I find the girls are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. So pleased to hear that the witham branch is staying open. staying open
I stop into Witham Nationwide branch to cash in my spare change for my holiday to Gran Canaria, which I might add there was a lot. The lady's were so nice about it seen as I didn't bag any of it , one lady in particular Shirley who was an absolute legend helped me sort it all out and pay it into my account. Review specifically to do with the WITHAM Branch today 21/07/21 by Sarah Edwards account holder since 1983 POOR REVIEW for one particular female member of staff who was working this afternoon. The other two Member's of staff especially the male member exceptionally informative, helpful. I was with my Granddaughter depositing a large sum of money this afternoon, I was taken to a separate counter by a female member to ease the waiting of other customers, she was very friendly engaged my granddaughter in conversation and said once she had finished counting the money would show my granddaughter a new £50 note as they are quite Similar to the £10 note. The other female member of staff approached, and was asked if there was a new £50 note available to show my Granddaughter, a very stern NO was the answer, most embarrassing for the other two ‘helpful’ members of staff upsetting for my Granddaughter. I thought what an unhelpful, un-child friendly mean sprinted and rude individual she was to her customers. However, the very nice male member of staff when he was finished DID get a new £50 note to demonstrate the difference between the two bank notes! And alleviate the awkward atmosphere & silence The mean spirited blond haired women needs to take more notice of her mire helpful colleagues! I will avoid this branch in future.
The manager was very helpful and helped us renew our house insurance we love this branch.
I Was Having Problems Changing Accounts Online, So I Went Into Witham Branch, Where They Are All Ways Very Nice, I Was Helped By Julia Who Very Patiently Showed Me What I Was Doing Wrong, I Can Not Speak Highly Enough Of Her For The Very Professional Help She Gave Me. Thank You So Much Julia.
All the employees are very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with especially branch manager Hayley!! I always feel welcome at this branch! I recommend this bank and this branch to everyone. I am now in a process of closing my accounts with other banks!!
