Mixed information from the pharmacy department- one really friendly and helpful pharmacist suggesting I can get malaria tablets without prescription, went in again today to purchase these tablets and had an unhelpful and unfriendly member of staff who I guess was a pharmacist. She claimed I couldn't get it without a prescription and basically believed I was lying about speaking to another pharmacist? Went to Tesco pharmacist instead and got a very friendly and helpful member of staff and bought my malaria tablets (without a prescription)

Really poor at over the counter advice. Inflexible when I had difficulties sourcing allergen friendly medicine, unfriendly and ignores requests for repeat prescription deliveries to be moved if you have too much medication. Waste of NHS money.
