Boots walkden centre inside upstairs facing large Tesco. lifts stairs wheelchair access small store easy to find no toilets but there are some just inside Tesco entrance on left. Card shop next door b&m next door to. They also do prescription here as well & many other products as well.

Wrong prescription had been sent from my doctors which I understand, as my father had picked it up with me being at work I didn't realise till I returned home from work. When rang the chemist to let them know the lady on the phone was nothing but rude. If your not happy in your job don't take it out on the customers, I think some customer skills are definetly needed as I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. To make things worse I now have to pay for my prescription a second time as it had left the store 😡

I got referred to as my partners boyfriend when clearly I'm all woman today at this boots which kicked off my panic attack, depression and anxiety. All my I can say is don't go here because they don't apologise for any misjudgment

The pharmacy staff are really helpful and lovely, especially the Scottish pharmacist and Tracy, who dispenses the medication.   I've also experienced the staff at the counter who have also been very helpful and pleasant.

The experience of going in this shop is one i dont care to remember. The staff are so rude and ignorant it is hard to beleive in this day and age.The staff being a person called TRACY.When i entered the shop and approached the counter she completely blanked me and started doing something with the computer.This is not the first time that she has done this ,she is rude,ignorant and should not be in customer service.
