When donating a large collection of clothes, dvds, cutlery and ornaments, the shop assistant was very rude and sarcastic when I asked if I could keep the plastic containers that is had brought my items in as I was unable to find any cardboard boxes to bring my items in. As the donation I had brought was an exceptionally large charitable donation, I felt the shop assistant's attitude was unnecessary and ungrateful. Unfortunately, due to my experience today, I will be making any future donations at another charity shop
