Can’t believe how the cafe place works, last time went to get a latte and was getting shouted from  customers that were sat at the table that this place is closed - waited to ask if I can’t get a quick latte to take out and was refused baring in mind that it was one hour until the place is officially meant to close. Gave it a chance and went in there again to get a matcha latte and was told they have non in stock? I feel like this place is not been run very well and not great customer service provided.

Always do my weekly food shop here and have been very happy with the quality and choice staff also very nice and helpful 5 stars to nola

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at M&S today. It was 3:53 PM, and I had gathered all the items I needed. I just needed to transfer them to a small basket, so I went to get one that I saw next to the cashier. However, a tall guy wearing glasses and a white t-shirt, who I assume was some sort of manager as he wasn't wearing the usual uniform, very rudely informed aloud me that they were closing in 5 minutes. I told him I would be quick, but his manner embarrassed me. It's a shame that M&S, a store that we choose to shop at because of the quality of the products, even though it's not cheap, we expect to be treated well, has such poor customer service. The owners should provide the staff with proper customer service training, and making them understand that how important it is to treat the customers well, because when a customer is well treated, they always will come back to spend more. Still, when they're not well treated they will never return and will tell the others not to go to that place.

A good selection of quality foods and wines. Some great bargains to be had when yellow stickered.
