Absolutely horrific. Staff at prescription counter walk away when they see u coming and start talking bout their daily life to other staff members. As for prescriptions.... What a joke. Either can't find it or not in stock. Useless place and staff. Only good thing about it is the way out!

Phone manner? Brusque, off-the-cuff, patients treated rather as a distraction, can't-be-bothered to listen properly - and accomplishment rather needful when talking to the sick, old, hard of hearing!! Stock? Since Boots took over; where possible, ONLY Boots brands - far less choice than before. Not As Good! Level of Staffing? Poor. It's well known in Portree that since the Boots takeover, most of the long-term local staff have left, ousted in favour of here-today, gone-tomorrow 'visitors' from other parts of the Boots empire. Often neither a friendly nor efficient place now. Prescriptions from the Med Ctr usually take days longer to be available at the new, high, poorly-arranged counters.
