All the staff at Lloyds are amazing, professional and caring. Sometimes I get confused with my meds or have 2/3 changes in the same week and always Lloyds staff help me to understand and explain clearly what I should do even after my GP explaining previously. A special mention for Karen who has helped me so much and is so kind. Thankyou.
