Had a brilliant gel manicure that has lasted amazingly. Lovely smooth glossy application and the shape is really good. Plus they removed gel from another salon! This will be my go-to whenever I am in Bristol, best gel mani I have ever had.Service: Manicure

Very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and ask for an appointment. They offered me one right then. Did my eyebrows in a rush and when I was looking in the mirror for a few seconds to check my eyebrows she ranted about having other customers. Their sign outside the door says %10 student discount but they refused to do it and were quite rude about it too, not apologetic or nice at all at least. But the worst thing is she’s not good at shaping eyebrows.Service: Eyebrow threading

Very disappointed with my massage. The masseuse asked where I’d like it focused and i ask for my neck, shoulders and top of my back but 80% of the massage was her rubbing my neck with very little pressure, even after I asked for more pressure it was more like she was lightly rubbing oil into me rather than massaging me. The oil was also cold as well as the room so I was cold for the entire treatment. The bed wasn’t comfortable either so my awkward head position gave me a headache. It was also hard to relax and enjoy it when Spotify adverts kept interrupting the music. Very disappointed and wouldn’t go back.Service: Massage

This was my first time visiting Bonjour Belle and I will definitely be making this my regular place to go for any beauty treatments! I have such a hard time with bikini waxing I'm a bit of a wimp and have really sensitive skin that I always put it off until holidays come around but here they use the sugaring technique which is SO much better. Several hours later and my skin is not sore or uncomfortable at all. And the two ladies in the shop today were super nice. I had my eyebrows waxed as I've found the previously place I was going to for threading was slowly making my brows thinner and thinner, but here I was listened to, they weren't over plucked and a plan was made to get them looking pretty again. So pleased with this place and 100% recommend x
