i’ve lived in this area for all of my life and the staff at this bakery have never been anything but kind. their croissants are to die for and have many fond memories of the staff here. give a fab sense of community in the area.

Went in to buy a sourdough - was told they had one left. It was £1.60, tiny, didn't really look like sourdough, but I took the lady's word for it. Got home, and it was clearly just a tiny white split tin loaf that I'd been massively overcharged for. If the staff don't even know what they're selling, then you're better off avoiding this bakery.

Myself & Family have been customers of split tin bakery for years & years. Never go anywhere else best bakery in Bristol. Fresh bread is on another level. Thanks for amazing quality of breads. 11/10. Recommended highly. Thanks again Huw Dickman....

Tasty food, we recently bought their gluten free bread and it is suitable for coeliacs as it is made separately and sold frozen to reduce cross-contamination. The gf bread is good and reasonably priced.

I've lived on the same road as the Split Tin all my life...it's great! Happy memories of buying lush, fresh pastries in the morning. Thanks Split Tin! Has a great variety of high quality baked goods and very friendly staff.

An average bakery that's overrated. Many of their baked goods are bought frozen and baked on site croissants etc. Chocolate criossants are clearly sourced from the same place as Tescos.

Three times now I've bought doughnuts & three times they've mixed in fresh with clearly stale ones. A gross abuse of customer trust.

Overpriced and bland sandwiches with barely any margarine let alone tasty filling. Second time I've been there and second time disappointed.
