I have been using Bodyguards for the past 9 months and I have had drastic results in terms of fat loss, muscle gain, health and I am much much more fitter and stronger than I was 9 months ago. Sam and Dunc have taught me so much that I am now ready to go on, on my own.

If you're looking for a personal trainer that looks at the whole picture, not just the exercise itself but diet, metabolic type, etc., then Dunk and the team at Bodyguards are for you. The gym is friendly and a great place to work out. Can't recommend them enough :)

Duncan and team are a real credit. I signed up for the 2-week programme and was not at disappointed with the results. Somewhat genetically lazy, I decided that the new year warranted a new start! Thankfully the motivation has been awakened and a new relationship with Bodyguards has commenced. I would be very happy to recommend!

Bodyguards is a great place to train and learn about health, diet, lifestyle and a full body work out. Their total Health and fitness service is the best I have experienced and helped me to become as fit as I was at 20 (I'm 37). All of the trainers are friendly and really know their stuff. Highly recommended!!
