Excellent facilities with fantastic PTs. Big shout out to Finn who has not only changed my posture and overall body shape, but put up with me repeatedly injuring bits of myself do he has to keep adapting my programme to cope. The atmosphere in the gym is good, the people friendly and welcoming.

Blood? Fortunately not yet. Sweat? An insane amount. Tears? Maybe after leg day. Alex was recommended to me by a friend who was looking to tone up after her wedding. I think it's the best recommendation I've ever been given. After 18 months of training with Alex I have never felt better, both inside and out. Alex has taught me not only about nutrition but how to approach my training in a totally new way. It's not about the quick fix but consistency and positive life changes which Alex has fully supported and encouraged me throughout. I feel fitter, stronger and the most confident I have ever felt with my body. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Pain. Sweat. Identification of new muscle groups. All under the awesome (verbal reward for getting form and effort bang on) watchful eyes of Alex. This baby-faced man mountain has quite literally changed my life... I eat properly and well which, after years and years of dieting, took some getting used to. But it paid off because I am now rarely hungry and getting the proper nutrition. Apparently I no longer look pale and drawn which is a bonus! The training is hard and he does push me to my limits but it is never the same pain and suffering experienced one session to another. I'm still a work in progress but who isn't? If you're looking for a trainer who works with you rather than shouting in your face, he's yer man!
