Never have I received such shocking service by the ‘store manager’ as a store manager you should know to be a bit more respectful. Lack of manners by Louise.

Visited the shop recently and found the customer service to be very poor. The Shop assistant processed my purchase and handed me my change without looking at me, smiling or saying thanks - just carried on a conversation with a colleague and I basically felt invisible and not valued. I find this to be really rude behaviour and I probably won't bother shopping at the store again. I would suggest some staff training or go and observe Boots or Argos staff in the town who have manners and appear to value customers. I appreciate that you may not be on big wages or may have been having a bad day but manners don't cost anything!!

Wouldn't go there again. The staff have the manners of pond life. No wonder the company's struggling.
