I must say the store assistants are really professional and they know how to talk to customers with respect. The shop is really well designed. Everything is easy to find and good quality of clothes and shoes.
I love this place in Ashton under lyne. The staff are lovely & very helpful. They are also very LGBT friendly, since I came out as Trans they have made me feel very safe & comfortable in the shop.
I bought a pair of boots online. I'm in size 4. They are miles too small. Yet says they're size 4. It says contact them via chat. I've tried. No response. It says you can contact them via messenger. I've tried. No response. I cant get out of the house to return the boots so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that arnt the size they state they are. Why is it at new look the shoes/ boots are smaller than anywhere else. I'm disgusted. Shame on you new look. I understand y the shops shut due to covid. But when you cant get out to send them back. Its disgusting. No contact number either which there should be. I'm not happy at all.. and if I do manage to swap the boots what am I meant to do go for a size 6 when I'm in 4 so they fit,??? Fuming is an understatement
Busy and only, 2 staff on the tills. Long wait at checkout as other one dealing with returns from customer. Queue going round the aisle. Staff doing their best, but each customer was not straight forward, so time consuming. Hot in store as well. Won't be going back in a hurry.

not the best new look for verity they got rid of there curve section several years ago which considering that Tameside has one of the north wests largest obesity problems that's not me being horrible i also fall under that category it makes no sence for them to have no plus size clothing. they do however have a good selection of shoes
Not bad but I wish they would do slim stuff and for smaller people not everybody is 5ft 6. Also they do need to put extra staff on as there isn't one when u need one for something
