Food court FABULOUS. Clothing limited as per most stores these days. Used to be great quality, now try but fail to be fashionable.

It's a nice enough store. I think they've crammed some sections too close together. Buy 2 sizes extra for kids. My son is 7 and a tall kid for his age but needs 10 to 11 in their clothes. The quality of the stuff they sell is undeniable.

Used to work here, the store as a whole is great. The food section the staff are always helpful especially the likes of staff on the till. The clothing upstairs is always moving around but always easy to find items, the downstairs cloakroom and clothing is great for my grandma's who don't want to walk up any stairs. Cafe still seems short staffed but always give there best customer experience, I can speak on there behalf as the volume of customers at certain times is crazy busy but they always try to give the best service with what they have. The Visual merchandise every year in the windows is one of my key favourites to this store too. Worth a visit!

Would of been helpful if the cafe had made it clear there was no all day breakfast available before queuing for 10 mins, signs at the entrance and above tills advertising all day breakfast. Maybe in future customers can be made aware before they get to the till and can go next door to sainsbury.

Would be nice if they did low GI food for diabetics. Also a whole apple in cafe 50p. Chopped apple in plastic £1.50!!
