Patrick Kenny is an exceptional Physio. He is so holistic and has such a deep and detailed knowledge of the human body that he can identify the root cause of what is causing a physiological problem and treat that rather than simply treating symptoms like many others do. The excercises he prescribes are precise and manageable and if you do them they will work. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for years thanks to Patrick.

Patrick Kenny has been my physio/movement specialist since 2012. For the past 6 years whether through injury or just maintaince sessions I always know I am 100% in safe and extremely knowledgeable hands. You get two different types of people when it comes to business/careers - people who just go to work and “clock in and clock out” and collect there pay check. Then there are those who truly love what they do and are so passionate about it they they immerse themselves fully. Not only is he extremely qualified academically but he has untold experience practically through years in his career, his exposure to athletes being part of the team at the Olympics and his continuous study in his field. The past 3 years I have been driving up to London from Portsmouth once a week to continue to see Patrick and that is only because he is that good. I would recommend Patrick to anyone that takes their body and health seriously but especially to athletes looking to maintain and progress to the next level. Shane Varcoe

After a particularly bad (and stupid) work related strain I was pretty much immobile and in a fair amount of pain. Paddy was excellent at initially manipulating and finding the pending part of my back to loosen it up a bit and enable me to start exercising the area and get back to work quickly. I had an email with routines and supporting motions in my inbox before I got home. He is very professional but at the same time warm and friendly so not too clinical, I can't recommend him enough.

Went to see Patrick at Move Physio to fix a lower back problem I was having and the service was excellent. Not only did he diagnose the right issue straight away but we developed a detailed action plan which within a few weeks had me walking pain free and participating in sports again. Would highly recommend.

A very professional service from every aspect! Thank you for your help Patrick!! I’m still doing the exercises you set for me.... going really well! Hopefully I won’t need to return but if I do I know I will be in good hands! Thank you!!
