Absolutely amazing place, clean and has an amazing atmosphere and the staff are really kind and very friendly and always make me feel welcome. The bingo and quiz nights are amazing and I also enjoy the karaoke nights on a Friday or the entertainment on Saturday The food is also really nice and the outdoor area is wonderful as well
Great pub where people and dogs are welcome alike. I've been past many times but this was my first visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering and fetching water for the dogs with no hinting or mentioning. The pints were first class and perfect on the day again. I'd 100% visit again and recommend it to others to try
Another one of my locals....only tend to visit in the summer on a nice day and sit outside by the canal...beers good here to.
Glorious fire in the wood burner, sadly no hand pull beers, but staff so friendly and welcoming
Just a quick, after-work visit on a sunny Friday afternoon; this place was perfect for it. Spacious beer garden right by the canal, decent selection of beers, and bbq-style food counter outside. Liked it: will go again.
Never been before, great pub,canal side setting with lovely relaxing atmosphere. Nice large beer garden,the pub is dog friendly inside and out. The meals looked lovely and cobs and platters on offer. We will definitely be back with Mr Grif to sample the food have a relaxing drink.
