What a lovely little B&B. Rooms very spacious with everything you required. Simon had put some fresh milk in the fridge for us, nice touch! He brought us our delicious breakfasts on a tray at the exact time we arranged! Beds were comfy, all the amenities we needed in the room, even details of locals attractions and takeaways. Simon was very helpful and the service was simply outstanding. This will now be our choice when staying in the area! Private off road parking was an added bonus too.. many thanks again. See you soon..
This is a nice quaint little B&B good value. The rooms are quite spacious with a bed and kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Great to use as a base. Simon the host brings breakfast on a tray in the morning. There are plenty of tea bags and coffee satchets and milk in the fridge. Nice shower too. Simon very helpful and knows the area well.
Host warm warm and friendly,very punctual with breakfast. Breakfast was very lovely all was served hot. Rooms were spotless and warm,always topped up with essential items,bed was so comfortable and warm. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend.

The most wonderful true bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Was able to call an hour before and they were so sweet to ready the room. Amazing English breakfast. Comfortable beds, beautiful well lit new bathroom. Common kitchen area with all you could need. Plenty of parking, beautiful area. Hosts are so hospitable, thank you. October 2017
Second time visit here and lovely and tranquil. Great place to stop off when visiting the nearby Heritage Aviation Centre. Very pleasant stay and a very warm welcome. Thoroughly nice people who go out of their way to accommodate. Spotless and very comfortable.Fantastic value for money.

Stayed for two nights at this wonderful B&B in spilsby while visiting family , we will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting as everything was perfect , we had a twin and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable and so well equipped for a b&b with a bottle of milk to be able to make a nice proper cup of tea is great touch , Breakfast was the best weve ever had , it is very well thought out the way it is served and was hot , well cooked and delicious with homegrown tomatoes which were wonderful , we couldnt have asked for better , thank you for a great stay
