Been several times, amazing food, quite small portions, lovely staff.

Appallingly, rude, inattentive staff. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No one greeted us when we arrived, we were not offered a seat in the bar area, in fact no one was around to serve. We had to find someone to ask if we could be served a drink and no one offered to take our coats from us. When we asked if we could look at the menu the reaction we received was anything but courteous. The food on the whole was good, albeit small portion sizes. I went for the shared chateau briand and we had 6 chips between us. Would not recommend this restaurant for a special dining experience.

Service let this restaurant down, have not been here for a long time and had very fond memories of the Bluebell. The food is still of a very good quality, however the service fell short of what is expected.

Tried the six course taster menu last night Tuesday 2nd August. EXCELLENT. Great food and first class service, thoroughly recommended.
