Had the most amazing Spaghetti Carbonara here for lunch. Real authentic. All food are freshly made even down to the desserts, great portions too. Great location and lovely environment. Staff are friendly, patient and accommodating. Had an misunderstanding with the bill but was quickly resolved without any fuss. Great place to come for a bite to eat with friends and family.

I’ve been a customer of Tuscany for many years. Me and my girlfriend decided to get a takeaway one evening, we picked up her takeaway as normal. We then got home to find a dead bloody mosquito On her food. I called and demanded a refund on my return tomorrow. When I returned for my money back the small Latin lady gave me my money, and told me to never come back to Tuscany again which is disgusting and is the last thing you would say to a loyal customer that found a dead bug in their food. Terrible service.

good little spot for a quick bite to eat. Suspicious about how fresh everything is though, the menu is so big!

I have been there once before and they could not give me my change because there was none in the till? It was £6. I was told by others not to go back due to bad stomachs, sickness, and not fresh food. I went back a few weeks later and got oily, Unfresh food with a stomach ache.
