A beautiful bouquet was received & looked just like the picture online. Really happy.
I ordered a bouquet for my mum to be delivered on Saturday before Mothers Day as a gesture of love because i couldn't visit her. So when I saw the photos of the flowers delivered to her, I was absolutely shocked! Considering I had discussed my specific requirements with Jay when I placed my order on Friday, the service provided was absolutely disgusting to say the least. She told me that she could do a really nice bouquet for £30 but I asked her to make it really extra special and I paid £40.00. A few carnations, mostly already open, about 4 of the cheapest and smallest roses you will ever see, a bunch of lilies and lots and lots of green foliage leaves- all wilted, and a broken one. I was so disappointed so when I called Jay, she said 'it's lovely, I did it myself'! I then sent her the photos of the broken leaves and wilting, dying green foliage to which she said that I can take them into the shop for a refund!! I live miles away from my mum. That would have been impossible. What made this worse is the fact that Jay showed absolutely no sympathy to my disappointment and I did not even get an apology for not being satisfied. Florists are meant to deliver a very personal message across to recipients of their service on behalf of the customer, but this florist as far as I'm concerned is disgraceful !! I love sending flowers to my mum and this was a huge disappointment. I trusted you Jay and you let me down!
I ordered these beautiful flowers on the day of my wife birthday online. Excellent service, fast delivery. Thank you very much. I will use Bloomin Lovely Florist again for sure!
Ordered Flowers online, I ordered Sunday to be delivered Wednesday. Paid via Paypal. Flowers never arrived, and no phone call to advise of a problem. Went into the shop to discuss it, & they said they couldnt find the order. After i showed them my order details, they apologised, refunded and gave me a small free bunch of flowers as a sorry. The ladies were pleasant & advised to phone to check the order next time... although for me, thats the whole point of doing it online so i can do it anytime of the day and then forget about it, not chase it up. Based on the flowers i saw in the shop, i have rated the quality as very good. They looked pretty but as i didnt recieve the ones i ordered so i cant comment on their arrangements.
Superb service! Ordered flowers for Father's Day. Delivery was on time and flowers was fresh and beautiful! I will use Bloomin Lovely Florist again for sure!
Ordered flowers to be delivered the following day, made a few mistakes online so rang up and spoke to lovely Joanne, who was able to correct these mistakes. First class service
brought some flowers for my girlfriend, excellent help and advice from the staff! even delivered them in great time! will be coming back in future! Great new management
