Totally ruined my brothers surprise for his girlfriend. They labelled the flowers were off me and infact were supposed to be annonymous till my brother turned up.yes i ordered them I then asked for a refund to which i got a partial refund. Supposed to be a satisfaction guarantee...well i am still waiting for it!! As they hadnt put the full name as requested on the delivery card the young lady never got her flowers given too her as the bar staff in the pub didnt know who they were actually for. I would AVOID this florist if i were you!!
I have used Pete and his team for a number of years - a fantastic florist that I cant recommend enough!
