Snapped my derailleur hanger this morning on a ride out. Everybody there was very welcoming and got me back on the road in no time. Brilliant shop excellent service.
Very helpful, very knowledgeable assistant. Said I could have a trial cycle on any bike in the local park, which I thought was such a good way of seeing if the bike suited the rider.
Called in on the off chance I could get some help with my E.disc brakes, can't fault this bike shop. Every time I get expert advice and service.
A quality shop with fantastic staff. Alan is your magura brake specialist loves em, but don't ask Pat about them!. Great service & they go above and beyond to help with anything technical. This is the reason to support your local bike shop, they help where online can't.
Best bike shop in Europe. John is a such a sound guy. A wealth of knowledge and really kind and helpful. All the staff here are. They have everything you could need and are always happy to help.
Earlier this summer Blazing Saddles built my new bike for me. I went into the shop beforehand a number of times to discuss the components and get advice from the staff. Everyone in the shop were really helpful. The mechanics are really skilled and experienced and I am very happy with the wheel-builds, the attention to detail and the quality of the work. They even taught me how to setup my tubeless tyres - which was really good for me but must have added time to their workload that day. This afternoon I went back in to get some advice about my brakes, the mechanics helped me and fixed the problem for free while a waited even though the shop was really busy. In the past I have bought my son's bike and helmets and components from Blazing Saddles. I always get good, honest and helpful advice. Their prices are competitive with big website shops and they have a decent range of stock. Blazing Saddles is also a great place to find out about the local biking scene, whether that's suggesting local routes or publicising events, there's also free bike cleaning stuff out the back as well. It's just a great local bike shop. Recommended.
Fantastic place as I ridden from Manchester and my bearings went in my front wheel even though they were very busy they took time to fix it for me I cannot thank them enough I would recommend this bike shop 100% to anybody who needs a quality repair and quality service!! Thank you!
Just collected my new Stumpjumper this morning after quite a long delivery wait as is the norm nowadays unfortunately. Anna has been brilliant throughout keeping me up to date with the various fluid expected delivery dates. We encountered a slight problem after having the bike wrapped, however, I cannot fault their commitment to rectify the problem to my satisfaction, with particular praise for Anna. Totally satisfied with the outcome and the all round service. I can reccomend Blazing Saddles 100 % for all your cycling needs. It's so refreshing to deal with an independent cycle shop, where the personal touch, and an appreciation of the customer is still evident. Many thanks again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Gareth and the team at Blazing Saddles! I rang them looking for help on a hard to find part - not only did Gareth go out of his way to help me looking in their own stock, but when they didn't have it, he helped me track down someone who has. Now if that is not caring about your customers and the cycling community, I don't know what is. When I need some new gear, I will get on a train and come up from London just to support them after they have been so helpful. Thank you very much, you have really made my day and got me out of a bind :
