A friend told me about this place. First visit was about 2years ago.  As a family we love walking, it's so beautiful there.  It's a firm favourite of my son, we go weekly if not more often   It's so peaceful & tranquil. The walk takes about 40mins. Nature is nurture

The most perfect location for a special occasion. The estate has everything you need and didn't realise you needed. Absolute magic. Had a surprise 30th here and just couldn't be more beautiful. Lovely walks, great kitchen amenities, nature for days, owls at night... was devastating to leave!

Beautiful grounds, history galore, and very nice people/accommodation.  Totally recommend a visit and stay.  My family loved their experience.

We enjoyed a fabulous walk around the estate it looks lovely with all the conservation work

What a beautiful place, a space for magic to happen.

I used to live there in the west wing colonel and Mrs Borwick lived in the big part. We had a garden party around the outdoor swimming pool and areas for the wedding of Charles and Diana. Wonderful memories 1980s

Fantastic place - really amazing house although closer to small castle, grounds and area. Honestly incredible.
