Website is ok to make a purchase, it takes your money fast enough, but I needed to make a change to my order which is seemingly impossible. I tried to create an account at the point of order but would only let me checkout as a guest. In order to cancel you have to raise a ticket and only if the order isn't dispatched can it be cancelled, after 4 days my order was not dispatched, I tried to raise a ticket, which was responded to in 10 minutes to ask for more information information which I tried to give but it required my password for an account I couldn't make, I finally made an account in order to reply you can't have special characters in passwords so makes them less secure! once I made the account I could reply to the service desk, miraculously my order dispatched within minutes of me requesting to cancel it having given them all the information. shocking customer service, purposefully try to make it difficult for the customer to cancel an order so they can keep your money. Will never use them again. Awful and should be ashamed.
Nice little shop, but not everyone who works there is welcoming... I visited today and was stared at by a dark-haired male behind the front desk. He just stared at me. He didn't say 'hello,' didn't smile, and then he just left the desk and asked me what I was looking for. It was almost like he didn't understand why I had come into the store! I was just browsing, interested in getting a new book. But apparently, it was suspicious that I was willing to offer the shop my business.
Not a great selection of books, and a number were filed in odd locations/categories. Good enough for undergrads, not good enough for postgrads.
Decent bookshop, they do price match as well and have friendly staff!
