I have been buying from this store for as long as it has been in Middleton. In all the years I have been buying from this store, I have always had good customer service. Today I went in to buy an item, I asked a shop assistant for assistance, she didn't even look up from what she was doing and pointed in the General direction of the shop and said it is somewhere over there. I have always thought that this shop was the best in Middleton for customer service, today you proved me wrong and I will never shop in this store again.

I went in the store today to post something with dhl, the lady Clare who serve me was very rude, disrespectful and has done a verry bad customer service, I saw a mistak on the paperwork we have done, I went to the shop again to talk with the lady, because I wanted to make sure that my post will going through. the lady didn't gave me time to explaint the problem and at the end she told me to get out of the store, the lady is a horrible lady and with verry bad customer service. Thies was not the first time she behave like that. I will defnetly send a complaint letter to dhl.DHL should not do business with the store. I will never go there again.

Not so good since they closed the floor upstairs. Full prices can be steep so I tend to buy only the bargains. Not a bad branch.
