Have not been in here for a few years. Surprised at how well the pub is run now. Good selection of beers., Beer garden and live music.
Great pub and very friendly. Live bands on every Sat night, and a wonderful acoustic session each Sunday afternoon. Strong recommend.

First time in pub, lovely atmosphere, very friendly lady behind bar, great traditional bar, not that many left,well worth a visit to support good bars like this .
Great pub with a nice range of beers and a comfortable lounge bar with lots of board games. Would have happily spent an afternoon here.

Lovely homely pub with polite, friendly staff. The toilets were clean and the locks on the door work. They have a lovely outdoor area, there is a seating area outdoors under shelter with heat lamps. Came to see the band Dufflegoat here, they were amazing!
Smashing little traditional pub. Reasonably priced drinks, good atmosphere.
Always worth a short walk out of the city centre - interesting pub with good beer and staff. Had a sympathetic face lift during Covid.
