Highly recommend buying a caravan from here. We are delighted with our second hand Bailey unicorn purchase. So professional and the attention to detail was incredible. Special mention to Richard at sales and David who did an amazing job with the handover of the caravan explaining absolutely everything . Outstanding Service from Black Country Caravans – Highly RecommendnnWe first met Paul the owner and Matt from Black Country Caravans at the 4x4 & Camping Show in Stratford-upon-Avon, where they were demonstrating the Opus Air trailer tent. From the moment we spoke to them, it was clear they both had a wealth of knowledge and experience – but what stood out most was how friendly, down-to-earth and genuinely helpful they were. No pressure, no sales talk – just honest advice and a great product.nnWe were invited to their showroom for a full demo, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The level of customer service was second to none. We ended up purchasing an Opus Air, and when it came to collection, Paul personally gave us a full walk-through and talk-through of the trailer and all the extras included in the deal. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.nnIt was a real pleasure buying from someone who clearly loves what he does and takes pride in giving customers a brilliant experience. We can’t recommend Black Country Caravans highly enough – if you’re thinking about an Opus or any camping gear, speak to Paul and his team. You’ll be in great hands.
We’ve had a great experience from our first visit to the motorhome show right through to handover today for our Opus Folding Camper.nnMatthew was brilliant from the outset, providing a clear and thorough demonstration and taking time to discuss the options that best suited our requirements. We never felt under any pressure at any stage.nnToday we met Paul, who carried out the final demonstration and handover. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained clearly.nnWe are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service we’ve received throughout.
Today we traded in our caravan and purchased a brand new Bailey from Black Country Caravans. We had a fabulous buying experience where nothing was too much trouble! They have been professional and knowledgeable throughout. An excellent company that we can highly recommend. The handover and demonstration today with Dave was also first rate. Don’t hesitate to buy from this company .
We owned an original early model Opus folding camper that was getting a bit tired and in need of quite a few things upgrading, repairing or replacing so we arranged a VIP viewing of the latest model at the Motorhome and Caravan Show. We found the stand early in the day so we knew we could get back in time for our appointment but as Matt wasn't busy he met us there and then. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent ages answering our questions and showing us around. I suspect we were more difficult than a normal customer having owned an Opus for 12 years so asking questions about things we'd had issues with on our old one but nothing phased him and he was pleasant, friendly and chatty the whole time. There was no pressure to buy just honest, helpful attention.nWe placed an order which was ready for collection from Black Country Caravans in early December but we preferred to wait until after Christmas to pick it up and this was no problem to them.nWe collected our new camper on the 12th January and were met by Matt who remembered us and introduced us to Paul the owner of the business. Paul continued the helpful, friendly approach that Matt had. He spent ages taking us through all aspects of our new camper. Setting it up and explaining the changes from our original to the new model.nI couldn't think of a single thing that Matt, Paul or Black Country Caravans could've done to improve our experience.nOur original camper was bought direct from Opus and getting support was difficult with a product that was new on the market at that point. We feel so much happier with our new one knowing we have the back up of a reasonably local, family owned, customer oriented company. I would definitely recommend whether you're an experienced camper like us or a novice. They couldn't be more helpful.
