Was looking for co- ordinating throw and cushions and was just about giving up when we found Homescapes. Best find ever - although never knowing what you're going to receive on line there was no need to worry with Homescapes.
The items were exactly what we wanted and an e-mail regarding matching items was answered within hours. The ordering process on line was simple and secure and an acknowledgement with date of delivery was rapidly received.
All items arrived together within the time frame (3 days in this case). Upon opening the package; delivered by a friendly and cheerful driver (Chris); the throw and cushions were found to be spot-on. Excellent quality and value. They now look most impressive in the bedroom.
Very pleased with all dealings with Homescapes and would highly recommend them. Will certainly use again ourselves.

Positive experience. First order from Homescapes recently; went smoothly. Nice website, easy to find things and checkout. Product perfect, without any issue at all. Delivery charge decent and arrival very prompt. Would recommend without hesitation.

They delivered me a broken armchair (not just slightly damaged - there was a large crack in the wood and the joins were coming apart). It took nearly a month of emailing and calling to get this replaced. They offered me a total of 3 different delivery slots in a whole month, 2 of which were not possible either due to the late notice they gave me or the fact that despite being assured I could get a slot late in the afternoon I was given 11:00-14:00. They kept telling me "the driver is not going through your area this week". Surely the drivers go to the areas where you have customers requiring delivery? I understand that scheduling this can be difficult but to only give me 3 possible timeslots in a whole month is ridiculous. I wasn't offered anything to compensate for all this hassle. I think maybe their homeware deliveries are smoother, I certainly would warn anyone off ordering furniture from them.

To add to this following their response - I appreciate the apology but not the excuses. The exchange was not done quickly and was not done within 15 working days - it was a month before it arrived. Even then, it arrived unexpectedly on a day which I told them I could not do but on which I happened to be at home sick rather than at work. The delivery service is an absolute shambles. A discount on future orders is not really appreciated given that I wouldn't order through them again. I spent a huge amount of time sending emails back and forth and making calls to them in an attempt to sort this out, as well as having a broken chair in the corner of the room for over a month.

I have ordered many products from Homescapes, and always received my goods quickly. I've had to contact their Customer Services for some advice before ordering, and they couldn't be more helpful. The website is easy to use and they also deliver to CollectPlus stores, which is handy for me as I work full time. All in all, can't recommend enough!

The products I bought were excellent but have found it impossible to  get a reply to a query about a shaped pillowcase, calls not returned nor emails replied to despite saying I wished to order.. Most disappointing
