Average Tesco extra but with very friendly and helpful staff. The car park exit gets so jammed at rush hour the staff sometimes come out to direct traffic because the cars back all the way up into the car park. It needs a second exit or change to the traffic management around the store.

Decent store layout inside compared to Stourbridge some staff are surly with attitude. Food quality is good with regards to fresh foods however red meats leave something to be desired, beef butchered incorectly with no care for the customer and priced high per the quality of meat. They need to stop people smoking in the doorways and entrance area it will lose them customers and trade. Also beggers sitting outside the store need moving on. Store manager is a great guy. Tesco sort you fuel station out difficult to get in and out of with same entry exit point in such a busy road.

I went into my local Tesco store in Cradley Heath, West Midland's don't you know.. I made my way to the fish counter (I like fresh) they sell a variety of (they say) Fresh fish, prawn's, squid, Oysters (LIVE Oyster's) and LIVE mussels SO, I thought mmm yummy then I asked him to put me £3+ worth of Beautiful LIVE mussels in a bag. He did. He's a Fish Monger yeah. Should know alot about fish ect. THEN came a stunner. I asked him, can I have some LIVE WHELKS and OCTOPUS. After a few awkward minutes staring at each other, and him looking on his mobile (looking at me like I just landed) he said NO. Anyway, I took my tasty Mussels home in a freezer bag within 15 minutes. FRESH and LIVE? MAYBE NOT !!! I got home and they were pretty much all open. Food poisoning BIG TIME yeah, so, binned em. That was £3+ wasted. BUT, as Tesco ad say's Every Little Help's ;-) BIG QUESTION IS? WHO DOES IT HELP?

A large tesco store with groceries all based on the ground floor and clothing, homeware and technology located up on the mezzanine floor accessed via a travellator. This store is clearly pòpular locally with near empty shelves evident in several aisles. Good offers dotted throughout, and definitely well placed and convenient.
