Staff here are rude and unhelpful. The only thing they do good is watching you scan in self checkout over your shoulder when your black. Ive watched people steal from here becausee theyre too busy watching people of colour LOL. I come here multiple times a week and still watched like a thief. Have no section for caribean cuisine no seasoming no sauce? Is this legal in 2026 i know its predominantly white area but there are other culutres foods available? If i go upstairs there always a staff memeber following me peaking around corners theyre not even subtle about it.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. I went in to purchase alcohol and had my valid ID with me, was paying with my own card, and fully met the legal requirements. However, I was refused service because my boyfriend, who was not purchasing the alcohol, did not have his ID on him.nMy boyfriend clearly looks well over 30, and there was no attempt to use common sense or discretion. The refusal felt excessive and unnecessary, especially as I was the one making the purchase and providing valid identification.nWhat made the situation more uncomfortable was the manner in which it was handled — it felt unfair and embarrassing, and left me questioning whether unconscious bias played a role in the decision.I understand the need to follow licensing laws, but this was taken too far and resulted in poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off shopping here again.
Went Christmas Shopping the place was a tip Empty boxes all over the floor staff moaning as it was a change of shift and the previous shift left it a mess due to useless management organisation who don't have a clue. The fresh produce looked yuk and the isles were blocked with produce so you couldn't get round. We use to go regularly to shop but over the last few years it's gone downhill. Last of all no staff at the fuel court. We are never shopping here ever again. Ho the floor staff was very helpful pity the management let it down.
Definitely worth it! I went on my birthday with my fursuit! I had a big group photo with the front desk staff and kids in store wanted photos! At the same time, i did some shopping and all the staff were wonderful and really helpful throughout
Shocking!!!! Look at the pics I’ve attached. There were numerous flies in the cakes. No wonder people get ill from food from supermarkets. Showed it a member of staff and they were quite flippant and dismissive of the situation. No manager apparently on site to investigate as she was off the premises for a while. Won’t be shopping at Tesco Cradley Heath again. Poor hygiene and quality control.
