Went into Cradley Heath Lidl today. Purchased some jam donuts from the bakery section. An I must admit I've tried donuts from Tesco. Asda. Aldi. Morrisons & independent bakeries aswell as in the USA. Yet hands down. Lidl has THE BEST jam donuts I've EVER tried. Not sticky outside. Not too tough to chew. Not greasy at all. Some I've tried like dunkin donuts. You can taste the oil they've been fried in. Which is very off putting. They were perfectly shaped fluffy jammy delights. I highly recommend them. An bonus, no sticky fingers after off the grandkids. Also no ques at the till while I was there. So was in & out in 10mins.  So that was good too

Nice tidy clean place however the ques seem to build up alot and when I have only two or three items and others in front have a trolley full it can be off putting to purchase a few items due to how much time it takes to buy them.. But in all the prices are good I love the fresh food and that you pick them with tongs to ensure good hygiene

Baked beans, bread, milk and hard drives or telescopes.

Lidl has some good produce at good prices.  Sometimes items are in odd places, but staff are happy to help you locate them. The only negative is that there are always long queues at the checks out with only 1 or 2 tills open.  This isn't a particular store. It's every one I've been in no matter what time it is.

Good supermarket. Very friendly staff.
