Supplied 24 pairs of rigger gloves of which 6 pairs have the stitching falling apart and they refuse to replace because we did not inform them within 14 days. Have used Mainman for 13 years and will not use again, customer lost for the sake of £9. Poor attitude to customer service.
Ordered one Turks Head brush at a cost of £4.95, I then paid an additional £6.20 for delivery. The money was debited from my account immediately but two weeks later nothing has turned up and there is no response to my email. Definitely avoid avoid avoid!
